Meet Your Coach

Hello, I’m Dagmar Hudek.

I know what it feels like to appear successful on the outside while grappling with anxiety on the inside. For years, my business in beauty and wellness was thriving, but in reality, I was heading for a personal breakdown. I was stretched thin, my relationships were strained, and my health was suffering. My one-day weekend (Sunday’s) was never enough to recharge. Questioning the life I had built I realized something had to change.

It took removing myself from my familiar environment and hitting the pause button on life as I knew it. This was a time of deep introspection for me. Like many of you, I’ve always been an empath, feeling others’ emotions as deeply as my own. That, coupled with a constant state of worry and stress, meant I was also dealing with heightened anxiety. The good news? This period of self-discovery and my dedicated spiritual practice gave me the resilience to face these challenges head-on.

Drawing on this personal experience and my professional training in Hypnotherapy, REBT, CBT, Gestalt therapy, and more, I’ve developed a coaching practice to help people like you manage stress, worry, and anxiety.

The beauty of struggle is that it can lead to transformation—if we let it. My coaching style is one of compassion, understanding, and zero judgment.

At the core of my work is a practical, research-based approach that focuses on emotional balance and holistic wellness. I offer group coaching, 1:1 sessions, and online courses that have been life-changing for my clients and myself.

I’ve been in this field since 2000, and my international practice has spanned diverse environments—from corporate to private settings, wellness programs, and outpatient therapy.

If you’re experiencing stress and or anxiety, and specifically when you’re going through your day-to-day telling yourself that it’s manageable and you’re on top of it, the chances are that it really probably isn’t.  I invite you to take the step towards freeing yourself from the internal tension that accompanies those ruminative thoughts. Welcome to Inner Wholeness — A 6-Week Journey Back to Yourself, a practical, evidence-based small-group program designed to help you move from burnout and overthinking to calm, clear, sustainable flow. We blend self-inquiry, somatic practices, HeartMath® coherence, and CBT-informed strategies to steady the nervous system, clarify the mind, and anchor choices that actually hold under pressure.

Through focused guidance and real-world practice, you’ll interrupt reactive loops, build emotional resilience, understand how your inner frame of reference was shaped, and rewire unhelpful patterns. You’ll reconnect with values and boundaries, learn quick resets you can use at work, and experience the quiet confidence that comes from being resourced inside—rather than pushing harder outside.

This program is crafted for sensitive, high-performing leaders, people-centred professionals, wellbeing practitioners, HSPs and empaths who want change that’s grounded and usable. We meet online for weekly 120-minute live sessions over six weeks in a small group (max 6) so there’s space for depth and personal attention. You’ll receive integration practices, guided meditations, and light between-session support.

This course is available as a live online program, allowing you to participate from the comfort of your own home. The course consists of a total of six sessions, each lasting approximately 120 minutes. These sessions are thoughtfully spaced one week apart to provide you with ample time to absorb and apply the materials and techniques covered in each session. The online format ensures flexibility and convenience, making it accessible for individuals with busy schedules.

The online course is conducted through Microsoft Teams, a user-friendly video conferencing platform. To participate in the sessions, you will need access to a stable internet connection, you do not need a Microsoft account.

Beyond the weekly 120-minute sessions, it is recommend to allocate time for a daily practice of the techniques you’ll learn throughout the course, the intention is for the tools to be practical and easy to include in your day to day life. This daily practice is vital during the transformation phase when new and improved habits are taking shape. The time commitment for daily practice can vary from person to person, but your results will align with the effort you invest. The more consistently you apply these techniques in your daily life, the greater the positive changes you can expect to experience.

While there is the option to remain anonymous during the online sessions to respect your privacy, I highly recommend active participation as much as possible. Engaging with the group can provide you with valuable support, insights, and a sense of community.
